Rock Steady Boxing for people with Parkinson's

Rock Steady Boxing is an exercise program designed to improve the mobility, balance, and strength of people fighting Parkinson's.

Please call the Center (410-313-7680) to arrange placement assessment by the instructor. One-time Assessment Fee $50.
