Cardio Combat Kickboxing

Come join us for a fun and energetic workout that will leave you feeling strong and proud with our Fitness Specialist Jennifer Higdon! Enjoy all the aspect of kickboxing and martial arts choreographed to great music. Low impact modifications are offered throughout the class to ensure you get a great workout, while working on core strength and balance.
