Description

SPIRIT Zumba classes offer a fun, music-based exercise experience aimed

at improving your cardiovascular endurance, balance, flexibility and more,

all while you enjoy the many benefits of dance and movement. Classes

offer a fun, high-energy atmosphere that can help push you to be as active

as possible! Each class begins with the opportunity to introduce yourself

For inclement weather information please call 410-313-4451. Fee is inclusive of activities other than dining. Please do not arrive at programs more than five minutes before the start of the program. Be ready to leave as soon as the program is over. Supervision is not provided before the scheduled start time.
