Description
This Circuit Training class is a standing workout that alternates upper and lower body strength exercises with low-impact cardio, designed to maximize fitness benefits while being gentle on the joints. The class uses a mix of cardio, strength, and mobility exercises, with stations set up for a well-rounded workout. Personal modifications can be made based on individual needs and comfort. The class is ideal for beginners and intermediate participants of all ability levels. This heart-healthy, safe, and engaging format creates a supportive environment, encouraging participants to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall fitness in a friendly and motivating atmosphere.
The Participant hereby agrees that the use of Recreation & Parks Department facilities and equipment shall be at the exclusive risk of the Participant and his/her guests or agents. The Participant further agrees to indemnify and save harmless the City of Columbus from any and all claims, suits, loss, damage, or injury to persons or property of any kind or nature whatsoever to the Participant and his/her guests or agents as a result of, or activities engaged in the facilities, or use of equipment. The Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Columbus if the Participant violates the rules and regulations or the law.
