Description
Do you want to get fit or get ready for Music Festival Season? Then these Flow Arts sessions are for you! March 26th & April 2nd you will meet at Tuttle Park Community Center to begin the Spring Session. As the weather gets nicer and the days longer you will be at Whetstone Park (outdoor location given by instructor) and when the weather is bad you will be inside at Tuttle Park Community Center. To know which location you will be at each Wednesday please follow the Flow with Love Facebook Page. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable clothing and footwear that you can move in. Please bring any props that you have and that you are willing to share with others. A water bottle is recommended.
