Learn to design and make simple crafts using an electronic cutting machine with a focus on Cricut (R) machines and software. Class covers Cricut software navigation, basic text and shape creation/design as well as applying skills to make simple cardstock creations, one-color vinyl decals, and one-color HTV (high temperature vinyl) designs for T-shirts, totes, etc. Each class builds on the last, so expect to attend as many classes as you can to progress in your learning. To participate, students must bring their own laptop or android/Apple device that is compatible with the Cricut Design Space app. Check site requirements to determine compatibility https://help.cricut.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009556033-System-Requirements-Design-Space Cutting machines and accessories are provided during the class. Limited cardstock and vinyl materials are also available for student use in class.
