Do Jung Ishu is a striking martial art primarily using punches and kicks, but also elbows and knees. We place a heavy emphasis on footwork and deflection, rather than force-on-force blocking. We train to be effective fighters, which means we train with contact and intensity, depending on the skill level and inclination of participants. We focus on drills and active resistance exercises, rather than forms or katas. NO CLASS DATES:
