This class will be a full body Pilates workout that will be in timed Intervals. This Pilates Fusion HIIT workout is a series of Pilates-inspired exercises that are great for toning and creating lean muscle, improving mobility, flexibility, functional strength and getting your heart rate up. It's a low impact, no jumping workout that requires no equipment.
However if you choose to experiment with equipment, feel free to bring any of the following:
Bands, Pilates Ball, Yoga Blocks, Light Weights **(there MAY be some equipment available, no guarantees)
At the end of the 4-week Intensive Training you will be able to design your own summer workout.
All bodies and levels are welcome and encouraged to participate.
No class June 19th
It is recommended that participants bring their own equipment. However if you do not have equipment don’t let that stop you from joining in on the fun, a limited amount will be available for use.
