This program is a self-paced class containing complex projects and diverse techniques to challenge intermediate and advanced potters and hand builders. Projects are optional in exchange for time spent on independent artwork. Clay, glazes, and tools are provided. Bringing personal supplies is welcome.We will work with both earthenware (cone 04-06, low-fire clay and glazes) and stoneware (cone 5-6, mid-range clay and glazes).This class is not for beginners. Artists enrolling in this class are expected to know and demonstrate basic knowledge and techniques of both hand building and wheel throwing.This class is for Thursday Afternoons only.
