Description

All participants must have a Leisure Card (free) which can be obtained from the Front Desk. You must also scan in at the Front Desk. Class Description -- A Tai Chi based falls prevention and harm reduction exercise class for seniors. Along with strength, coordination, and balance training, this course is unique in that seniors are taught, and actually practice, how to fall as safely as possible. NO CLASS date: 7.4.25
