Adaptive Aquatic FitnessJoin us for an inclusive aquatic fitness class. This program offers a supportive environment where participants can build strength, flexibility, and endurance through a guided workout led by instructor Rae Nutter.
Some activities may take place in the diving well, so comfort in deeper water and basic swimming ability are encouraged, but modifications can be made whenever possible.
