This seminar will introduce participants to three effective fitness programs designed specifically for folks 50+: 1. Silver Sneakers Classic – A foundational fitness class using light resistance, seated and standing exercises to improve strength, coordination, and balance. 2. Energi Tai Chi Silver Sneakers – A gentle, flowing Tai Chi-inspired class that enhances flexibility, mindfulness, and relaxation while improving overall stability. 3. Chair Yoga Master Class – A seated and standing yoga session tailored to seniors, focusing on stretching, breathwork, and relaxation to improve joint health and mental well-being.
