This class is for All Body Types and All Yoga Levels: Beginner to Advanced. Jen is Fabulous and will make you feel very comfortable in your yoga practice. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. If you do not have a mat you may use the ones we have here. There is a $40.00Fee/$48.00NR
