Description
Join our summer fitness challenge and meet your fitness goals! The class will be led by a certified personal trainer who will help you meet your conditioning, strength, muscle growth, and weight loss goals. Twice weekly workouts will be held on the Bison Ridge outdoor deck to enjoy the summer weather!Skills
