Description

The class is held at the patio adjacent to community rental rooms. This 45 minute class is designed to start out at a low intensity with a gradual increase to high intensity. The class consists of foam rolling, followed by a series of jumping rope and kettlebell exercises. Jump ropes will be provided; however, you can bring your own. Your trainer is ready to test your limits physically and mentally.
