Let’s celebrate the changing of the seasons together, by setting aside time to reflect inwardly. The Seasonal Sunset Series offers a total of four guided hikes that take place at pivotal times of the year to explore the natural beauty of the outdoors during sunset. Each hike includes a wild foraged seasonal tea, guided meditation, and an evening hike ending with nature journaling and community connection around a campfire. Included in this series is a specially designed notebook with seasonal prompts and suggested extensions to be used throughout the year.
