Beginning painters practice techniques such as color mixing, washes and glazes, and value and chroma studies. By seven weeks, a simple still life assignment combines all techniques and practiced imagery.

Advanced painters use personal photos to discuss proportion, color, and texture to paint images of your best pet friend. Combine white paper and blue and violet shadows to create beautiful snowscapes.
All projects for beginning and advanced students include images, discussion, demos, and gentle critiques along the way. Supply list and syllabus can be found at www.zinapoliszuk.com.
