Description
This is the place for you if you have ever wanted to try yoga. In this class we will work on strengthening, balance, and mobilizing our joints. Tis class you can start in a chair as our home base, or choose to move to the floor. The instructor will give modifications.
No class May 5, 19, & May 26.
