Enhance your life, quiet your mind and reduce stress by combining Level 1 yoga poses & breathwork. A different meditation technique (lasting 5-10 minutes) is presented weekly. No previous experience with meditation is needed. Bring a yoga mat and blanket for this 75 minute class.
