Be sure to bring an extra cooler for all of the meat you will have to take home.Each guest will have an opportunity for 1 doe and 2 wild hogs, learn how to field dress, break down into the primal cuts and finally down to the sub primal cuts, learn meat ID, package and label at least one of your animals.
