About this event

Description

Explore the magic of weaving on a rigid heddle loom. These looms are lightweight, portable and take up very little space. They are user-friendly and can create many items like scarves, table runners, napkins and hand towels. Students will learn to set up the loom and weave, then plan and work on self-directed projects. Some supplies are included, students may need to purchase additional materials for specific projects, which will be discussed in class. Looms are available for at-home practice; equipment loans require a deposit. Registered students can sign up for studio time to access looms.
