Description

This class is suited to experienced students who can spin a single yarn with integrity and can ply. Create colourful, textured yarns. Learn basic colour theory as it applies to fibre spinning and plying, how to blend fibres for spinning, using colour in single or plied yarns and combining texture and colour. Supplies included.

Spinning wheels are available for at-home practice; equipment loans require a deposit. Bring your own wheel if you have one. The Open Studio Sign-Up Schedule will be emailed to students prior to the class start date.
