Description
Modern belly dance is a medley of Mediterranean, African, Balkan and Eastern beats and movements and encompasses numerous international belly dance traditions. Explore the origins and history of belly dance and its evolving rhythms and styles. Learn the fundamentals of the dance form while engaging in choreography and self-expression through movement. All levels welcome.
