Description
Jump, wiggle and groove in this introduction to contemporary dance. Learn key techniques and the history of foundational steps as well as how to improvise to enhance your dancing and confidence. This class includes various floor exercises that require students to move and stretch on the ground. To ensure comfort during these activities, we recommend that students wear layered clothing.
