About this event
Description
Jump, wiggle and groove in this introduction to modern and contemporary dance. Discover essential techniques, the history of foundational steps, and how to improvise, all of which will boost both your dancing skills and confidence. This class includes various floor exercises that require students to move and stretch on the ground. To ensure comfort during these activities, we recommend that students wear layered clothing.

Please refer to Program Guide or our website for recommended class attire. Classes are held in the Rehearsal Studio at Evergreen Cultural Centre (1205 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam). Entrance to the Rehearsal Studio is through the "Stage Doors" located on the side of the building, facing Guildford Way. |
