Description

Aquacise is a diverse and FUN water exercise class. This class gets you involved with noodles, water dumbells, a beach ball, and laughter. You will learn the value and benefits of exercising in the water. Water has a natural resistance as well as a natural buoyancy factor to help you tone your muscles and increase or maintain your flexibility, while having fun. This class is taught in chest deep water and in the deep end.
