Weekly training in stroke technique, and endurance. Should be able to swim at least three of the four strokes according to USS swim standards. Will compete in swim meets against local other Middle schools. prerequisite (100 freestyle in 2min, same as Junior Guards) This is a COMPEITIVE swim team with Swim meets on a few Saturdays during the season. We must reserve and pay for swim lanes for the season. Competitive price is $320 for the season.
