Discover the wonders of ocean life through watercolor painting in this engaging course. You’ll learn to capture the fluid textures and vibrant colors of sea creatures using various techniques, including creative effects with salt, alcohol, and droppers. This supportive environment encourages beginners to experiment and develop new skills.
Materials NeededWatercolor paper 9x12 (140 lb recommended), watercolor paints (medium quality), a round brush (size 8 suggested), a detail liner brush, a palette or plate for mixing, masking tape, a pencil, an eraser, a sharpener, two water containers, a spray bottle, a paper towel, salt, rubbing alcohol (in a small container), and a dropper.
