Our classes offer you the opportunity to learn, and of course, enjoy an evening with us and in company of new and old friends. You will be confronted with easy to master techniques with enchanting results of great tasting foods, filled with simplicity and passion. In this class we will visit the region of Puglia perhaps undiscovered but certainly one of the most intriguing in the land. The plains and gentle hills of Apulia provide plenty of farmland for grains, wine grapes and olives for oil. The rolling plains make for an ideal place to raise grazing animals, so kid and lamb are enjoyed frequently in Apulian cuisine. Pork, beef and poultry supplement these to give a wide selection of meats to choose from. We have a great night for you! What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques.
