Registration is from 5.30pm 

Race starts at 7pm with race brief lakeside at 6.50pm - Duathlon will also start at 7pm

Wetsuits are mandatory unless otherwise advised depending on water temperature

750m open water swim

18k bike - 3 laps of 6k

5k run - 2 x out & back & finishing around lake

Free parking

Chip timed

Duathlon starts with a 3km run then continues the same as the Triathlon
