Join us for a gentle flow yoga practice! During this practice, you will be inside the Prairieview Education Center with a view of the prairie. This program is perfect for beginners as well as the seasoned yogi in taking a gentle and slower approach to your practice. This program will be led by Tracy Soos-Walker, owner of Nurture Yoga & Massage. Please bring your own mat.
