Come out for Culpeper County Parks & Recreation's Annual Summer Sale! Community Vendor & Flea Market.
Whether you are a crafter, a franchise vendor, or just have stuff around the house to sell, reserve your spot today!!
85 OUTDOOR vendor spaces are available (each booth is 2-parking spaces, side by side - 18' deep by 17' wide). cost is $25 per outdoor space.
46 INDOOR vendor spaces are available (each is 10'x10') cost is $40 per indoor space

WHEN REGISTERING - the question: How Many Participants? is asking how many booth spaces do you want.
Vendors: Must bring your own Tent & Table, etc. Tent weights are REQUIRED.

Set up:Outdoor Vendors: Saturday Morning 7:00am - 8:45amIndoor Vendors: Friday Evening 7:00p-9:00p, Saturday Morning 7:00a-8:45pMarket will operate from 9:00am-1:00pmClean up is from 1:00pm-3:00pm
Outdoor Vendors - your set up is ONLY Saturday morning from 7am - 8:45am. All vehicles must be moved from the sale area to vendor parking by 8:45am.
Indoor Vendors - you are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to set up (at least drop off) all of you stuff Friday evening between 7:00p-9:00p. During this time you will be able to pull up to the front of the building and unload.Saturday Morning, Indoor vendors will NOT be allowed to park in-front of the building to unload, you will be required to park in the football parking lot and carry all your items to the building. This is needed due to traffic congestion, NO exceptions will be made.
Note:Selling of nicotine / Tobacco products; fire arms; alcohol; or animals is prohibited.
Booth space assignments:Indoor Vendors: will be finalized and reported to vendors the week before the MarketOutdoor Vendors: You will be assigned a space(s) as you arrive on Saturday Morning.
REFUND REQUESTS Must be made in writing before July 17th. Refunds will not be processed after this date.
