Description
Let’s Get Fit! is a low-impact dance exercise that includes simplelight cardio, strength training and stretching with easy steps andunique choreography. We are a very cheerful and supportivegroup and would love for you to join! We meet 3 days a week andyou can come in on any day and for any part of the class. After thefirst hour of low impact cardio, there is a 35-40 minutes conditioningchair exercise session with tube band/hand-held weights as anoptional session for those who want to do more strength training. Ifyou want to only do the chair exercise session, please come to classat 10:30am. We are open for people of any age who want to dolight exercises. No experience is needed!*Please feel free to attend one free trial class before you enroll!!** Wear comfortable clothing and walking/running shoes.
Bring a pair of 1-3 lbs handheld weights and bottled water for hydration.
