3 Lanterns Qi Gong - *NEW Measure Q Class!(Please note for Spring 2025: No class on 4/17; 9 classes only this quarter.)
Drawing from the wisdom of those who came before us, we will examine and embrace the art known as Qi Gong with gentle exercises, smooth breath, and a calm mind.
We will follow the path of Ancients, optimize our health and tranquility for higher learning
*PLEASE NOTE: No refund or credit is available for Measure Q Classes.
Instructor: Mitchell Mahoney,20+ years in Martial Arts (External and Internal); completed Qi Gong program; experience teaching 50+ students.Ordained Daoist Priest - (ADG L)
Online or in-person at Rec Admin Office registration PRIOR TO 1ST CLASS REQUIRED. NO DROP-INS, NO SPECTATORS. *NO MAKE UP CLASSES.
