Vendor Information (Non-food Only)

Vendor spaces will be assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis. Please note that there may be competing product sales—no exclusivity will be granted. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
Fee: $80
Each vendor will be provided:

• One (1) 12’ x 12’ outdoor space
• One (1) 8-foot table
• Two (2) chairs

Canopies are not provided, but vendors are welcome—and strongly encouraged—to bring their own (10’ x 10’ recommended). Please ensure canopies are properly weighted.
Electricity will not be available due to the outdoor venue. Vendors may bring a portable generator, if needed.
Registration Deadline: Friday, September 5, 2025
Setup Instructions

• Vendor setup begins at 8:00 AM.
• All setup must be completed by 10:45 AM.
• Vehicle unloading is permitted only between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM in the main lot. After unloading, vendors will need to walk to their assigned space.
• At 10:00 AM, the parking lot will reopen to the public, and vehicle access will no longer be permitted on unloading area.

Breakdown Instructions

• Please do not begin teardown prior to 4:00 PM.
• Breakdown may begin immediately after the event concludes.
