Classes combine simple, low-impact dance moves like hip shakes and body rolls with functional strength training using light weights and resistance bands, performed at your own comfort level. Move to uplifting music from a variety of genres at a pace that works for you. Sessions end with a soothing cooldown that includes breathing exercises, balance work, and empowering self-love affirmations.
