Using a hand plane and Chris's custom carving jigs, you'll learn to shape elegant chopsticks. You can choose to make longer ones for cooking or shorter ones for dining. All skill levels are welcome! You'll leave with at least two pairs of finished chopsticks and instructions on how to use them.
