Description
This is a slower practice where you hold poses longer than in a vinyasa or flow style yoga class. It is great for beginners and for those who want a more gentle style of yoga, one that can help reduce stress and create mind-body-breath awareness. This class is about balance in all aspects of your life and will help you to preserve and to channel life force energy. We will incorporate some gentle flows if students are ready. Please bring a mat. You may also want to bring a towel or light blanket, yoga blocks and a strap
