Beginner–advanced. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a fun and challenging way to build strength, increase endurance and torch fat. Harvard School of Public Health considers HIIT an effective exercise option for older adults to improve cardiovascular fitness, regulate body composition, increase endurance and promote strength. You will use bodyweight, plyometrics and weights to redefine your body, increase metabolism and get fit fast! Bring a towel, something to drink and a can-do attitude! Members must be able to get up and down from the floor.
