Beginner–advanced. Social Cycling at your own pace and intensity. Pedal & Pump promotes physical and emotional wellbeing while getting you in shape. Pedaling is a cardiovascular exercise with mental health benefits. Pump is strength training to boost bone density and muscle mass. Combined they increase endurance, strengthen the core and lower body, help with weight loss, and make us feel happy, healthy and smarter (per Harvard University and OSU)!

Attendance: If you do not attend class for four consecutive weeks, you may be removed from the class if others are waiting to get into the class.
Cancellation & Refunds: Refunds are issued for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or if you withdraw before the deadline.
No refunds are given for missed classes.
