Intermediate–advanced. Take the plunge and try this low-impact workout that builds muscle strength and boosts endurance. This fun and faster paced class will give your body and mind a fitness and wellbeing boost. Using water weights, noodles and splash boards you can be easy on the joints while improving muscle strength and endurance.
Bring water shoes and towel.

Attendance: If you do not attend class for four consecutive weeks, you may be removed from the class if others are waiting to get into the class.
Cancellation & Refunds: Refunds are issued for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or if you withdraw before the deadline.
No refunds are given for missed classes.
