Beginner–intermediate. The foundation of all yoga. This practice focuses on proper alignment, breathing, and sensing vital lifeforce energy to bring about a sound, healthy body, and a clear, peaceful mind. Bring your yoga mat. Members must be able to get up and down from the floor.
