Description

Adult Intermediate 3.0 - 3.5 Tennis League. Ideal for intermediate players who want to participate in a fun, competitive, social tennis 6-week league. Grab a friend or two to form a team and be ready for some guided match play. Each week, teams will play 1 line of Singles and 1 line of Doubles, this will be a 3 v 3 format where players are allowed to switch out with teammates after every game. The scoring format will be timed matches with breaks between and teams will try to win as many games as possible. Each site will have a Tennis Coach/Coordinator that will help facilitate matches and collect scores each week. Team standings and score will be posted on CityWide Sports website. This is a pilot league designed to help intermediate players learn about team tennis and league play. Participants should know basic tennis strokes and are looking to learn how to play a full tennis match.
