Description
Adult Intermediate lessons, students 15+ Students will learn: Headfirst entry from the side in compact and stride positions; swim under water; feet first surface dive - submerge completely; survival swimming; front crawl and backstroke open turns; tread water using two different kicks; front/back crawl will be improved upon, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly will be introduced.**No program on June 19 in observance of Juneteenth.**
