Description

Adult Beginner lessons are designed to introduce persons 15+ how to enter and exit water using ladder, steps, side or ramps; bobbing and rotary breathing; to open eyes under water and retrieve submerged objects independently; front and back glides and back float and recover to vertical; roll from front to back and back to front, tread water using arm and hand actions; alternating and simultaneous arm and leg actions on front/back; combined arm/leg actions on front/back and staying safe around aquatic environments.
**Class will not be held on the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. The class price has been pro-rated to reflect this missing class.**
