Description

This vinyasa style class has postures that are linked together with the breath to create a flowing and playful movement sequence. An intermediate/advanced level class that is faster paced as well as challenging with the goal of building heat and strength. Be prepared to work on arm balances, inversions and/or more advanced yoga poses. Ideal class for the Yoga practitioner that is looking to be challenged further in their practice.
