Join us for a combination yoga flow and art class on June 25th with Instructors Shelia and Anna in the Midwest Bank Ballroom at the Historic Holmes Theatre! The first hour of class will be a flow focusing on movements based around the Sacral Chakra, which is associated with the water element and is where creativity, passion, and desire flow. Following the flow, the class will transition to a watercolor class that will be loose and meditative, using the element of water to build shape and color into your own unique abstract painting.
