This is a unique flow style class that will stretch and move your body along a large sheet of paper to create a life sized drawing to commemorate the class. The instructor will prompt you through movements with color pigments to better connect your mind and body, and bring some of your own creativity to your flow. Bilateral drawing has been found to help use both part of your brain to help with mind body connection and help wake up creativity.
