Description

A Y-USA national mentoring program, implemented locally, that builds on, and invests in, pathways to success that will inspire and transform personal identities of boys and young men of color to reach their full potential. Through the program, the Y hopes to recreate equitable communities shown to improve the well being of boys and young men of color, individually and collectively, so they can achieve economic and social mobility in adulthood.
