Description
A national YMCA Achievers career and college prep program for high school students in grades 8-12. Sessions are available after school and in partner schools, some Saturdays, college tours, field trips, and fun-filled teen workshops at the YMCA.
Participants get real-life experiences and exposure to career pathways and college opportunities. The core program consists of Five Pillars - Academics, College Knowledge, Positive Relationships, Life Skills and Positive Identity inclusive of individual and group mental health support explored and provided over the school year and culminating with opportunities for summer internships and permanent employment.

OPTIONS Do Not Need To Be Selected.
SCHOOL OPTION: Only choose a partner school if your child is attending that school. If your child does not attend the school please leave this selection unchecked.
EDUCATIONAL PREP: Only choose the options you want, otherwise leave this unchecked. ACT/SAT Prep has one day of overlap with the Young Men Thriving sessions. A YMCA Staff member can assist you if you have issues enrolling in both.
